How to open account in Google Play Console to publish Application in Play Store?

To open account in Google Play Console firstly you have to create an application then monetize your app that I have already mentioned in my previous blogs.
After completion of your application, download apk of your app by clicking on download tab. Open apk and install this application in your mobile to check that wether the application is working properly and adds are playing well in your app.

Now download app icon, graphic and take eight screen shots to upload while publishing Application in Google Play Console.
Now all data apk, icon, graphic and screen shots are available with you.
Now it's time to open account in Google Play Console. Google charges one time fee of 25 dollar to open account in Google Play Console.
To open account account in Google Play Console login to website https://play.google.com
 by your Gmail account. Pay one time fee of 25 dollar through disired media as debit/ credit card or net banking.
Now your Google Play account is ready to publish Application in Play store.
